Town house sleeps 6 adults

Our spacious, sunny and well equipped house sleeps 6 adults and is situated on the new Costa Esuri development near Ayamonte, Spain. It overlooks the golf course, the River Guadiana and the orange groves of neighbouring Portugal. The views from the balconies and large rooftop terrace are breathtaking and there is the lovely aroma from the orange blossom should you be there in the Spring.

The house has its own designated car parking space and then access is made through a lockable gate along the short path to the front terrace and main door. The gate can also be unlocked directly by the phone intercom facility in the hallway. This front terrace is a lovely peaceful place to sit in the evenings to watch the sun go down over the River Guadiana.

There are communal gardens and two pools; a swimming pool and then a small childrens paddling pool. The pools are open from 1st April - 31st October. This is a private gated area and is for the sole use of the few surrounding houses only, our community has its own security guard and guests staying at the house will be given a key to access the gardens and pools.

You will be kept cool whilst in the house as it is fully air conditioned with separate units for the ground and first (bedrooms) floor, alternatively if you are visiting in the winter months the units provide heat. Every room in the house is tiled throughout in the local Andalucian style and simply and tastefully decorated.

All bedding and linen is provided as are all towels for use in the house.

Ground Floor

Utility room which houses the combination boiler, washing machine, airer, ironing board and iron, sun loungers, chairs and some beach equipment.
Large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cater at home. Electric oven, grill and hob. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, juicer. Plenty of glasses, crockery & cutlery, pans, oven proof dishes, serving bowls.
Spacious living and dining room area with 2 very comfortable large 3 seater sofa’s, coffee table, sideboard, dining table with 6 chairs. TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1 and Sky News), DVD and CD player ( bring your DVD’s and CD’s)
French doors leading to a tiled and shaded terrace with a large table and 6 chairs. Blocked paved sun patio for the loungers and deck chairs which has easy access to the communal gardens and swimming pools. Lockable gate for direct access to the kidney shaped swimming pool, children's paddling pool and the communal gardens. BBQ and Electric sockets for the Hotplate so you can enjoy alfresco cooking and eating.
Downstairs Toilet and wash basin.

First Floor - 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace and balcony

Master Bedroom. Double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers, bedside tables and lights. En-suite bathroom with bath, shower & shower screen, bidet, toilet, washbasin. French doors leading to a terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool area, this is an ideal place to have a quiet early morning cuppa or breakfast in this sunny area where you have your privacy.

Roof Top Terrace

This is a perfect place if you want some time to yourself. The views at the front are over the golf course, the River Guadiana and the orchards of Portugal and to the back over the swimming pool. It is an ideal area if you are a sun worshipper and fortunately this area of the Costa de la Luz often has a cooling breeze which, as in the summer months the temperature can reach up to 40C degrees, is most welcoming. The steps leading up to this terrace are accessed from the Master Bedroom terrace; they are steep and we consider them not suitable for the elderly or for children.

Rates and Terms

Prices for 2008 all in £ sterling

The rates are for the house and include all utilities, full clean and laundry and the end of your stay;all bedding linen and house towels are provided, you only need to bring you own beach/pool towels.

We do recommend that you a rent a car for your stay but if you do require a transfer from the airport we can arrange this with our agent. Please let us know if you would like to order a "Welcome Pack" for your arrival and if you are staying a fortnight we can organise fresh linen and towels after your first week.
